My One Good Deed

So today I was given an invisible cloak, and told to perform a good deed for someone else. At first I had no idea what to do, but then it came to me in a sudden wave. I decided to buy a ton of food from the food store, and give it all to the homeless in equal pieces. When I got to the food store, I went to the bread aisle, and grabbed a few loaves of bread. Next, I went to the snacks aisle, and grabbed many boxes of cookies, goldfish, and plenty bags of chips. Once I payed, I went to the city with all my food and got ready to start my good deed.

Once in the city, I walked along the streets to find some people without homes. In their little buckets that say, “Feed me”, I dropped in some food and a few dollar bills. I did this for many blocks, until my food ran out. The next few homeless people I saw, I gave them money to use to buy their own food and supplies to live. Doing this for one day, without anyone knowing who I was, was an amazing feeling. I loved helping people even without them asking, and being a hero to people who need one.
